Job Role
• Branch Engagement: Support Business Team for Launching of New ML Branches.
• Disbursement and Collection updation: Ensure timely disbursement and 100%.
• Collection updation in microsure and LMS for across ML branches.
• Training Management: Circulate the training materials & train/ handhold Ops staff on common errors and new process / policy changes.
• Stakeholder Management: Efficiently Co-ordinate between respective departments.(Sales, Credit, CDU, Cops, Admin, Accounts, IT, BPRG Team) for respective work and day to day activities.
• Branch Quality: Nil KYC in IA, Timely closure of CFV Errors, Timely closure of Insurance Claims. Drive compliance to laid down policies and procedures and show consistent improvement in File Evaluation & Branch Evaluation Scores.
Key Responsibilities
• Audit & Compliance: Closely work/coordinate with File audit/Internal audit and Branches to review the reports, ensure observations are in line with latest policy. Follow-up and closure of audit observations
• MIS Management: Publish MIS and reports on Timely basis and Ensure real time updates to Seniors and Branches
• Process & System: Drive Branches to complete activities within agreed TAT. File Dispatch TAT, Timely closure of Insurance and collection open items, Disb Recon open items, Timely closure of disbursement payment return cases.
• SOD & COD Process: Ensure timely SOD & COD Process followed by branches on Daily basis.
• Initiatives: Take the initiatives on Process standardization and automation
