Job Description
Processing of Employee Benefit claims, travel (domestic/international) claims, payment vouchers, Lease rent payment processing.
Accounting & payment of claims. Handling Monthly, quarterly, annual accounts closing activities including bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation.
Ensuring quality processing & adherence to SLA/TAT
Resolving HR/employee queries
Coordination with HR & F&A department
Support Helpdesk for critical queries of employees & HR
System monitoring & driving automation/digitalization.
Suggest process improvements
Monthly MIS preparations
Preparation of presentation for Monthly review meetings
Coordination with Internal/External Audit team, responding to their queries & responding to the audit report
Managing operations as per guidelines, Accounting knowledge
