Mastery of Special Access Program Security, Sensitive Compartmented Information Security, and Intelligence principles and practices to plan and implement security programs in these areas
Mastery of security program interrelationships to coordinate the objectives and plans of two or more specialized programs to support and promote information sharing and strategies, across and within organizational boundaries
Expert knowledge of security concepts, principles, and practices in the areas of: secure facility construction planning and management, security compliance inspection methodology, Special Access Program structure and management, and Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework
Skill to interpret a variety of security program laws, directives, regulations, and guidance to assist organizations in establishing and operating internal security programs
Skill in the use of of analytical principles, practices and techniques to review, evaluate, and apply several alternatives according to security requirements for highly specific situations, availability of materials, relationships with other protective programs, and cost/benefit considerations
Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with coworkers, customers, counterpart agencies and organizations, contributing to a cooperative working environment and successful accomplishment of the mission
This position is a designated National Security Position 8
Department of Defense Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC), and Security Asset Protection Professional Certification (SAPPC) conferrals are required within 2 years of the established employee EOD or initial assignment date to this position in accordance with DOD 3305.13-M, DoD Security Accreditation and Certification and AFI 36-2645, Security Professional Certification and Development
The listed certification requirements may not be deleted or modified without the written approval of the AF Security Functional Authority (SAF/AA) or their delegated security career field representative

Responsibilities
