Key Responsibilities
• Drive growth for top D2C e-commerce brands in India by managing and optimizing their paid marketing campaigns
• Develop, execute, and monitor Facebook and Google ad campaigns with a focus on D2C strategies
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular performance updates, coordination, and strategic insights
• Collaborate effectively with our internal team of marketing experts, designers, and other specialists to develop integrated campaigns
• Evaluate campaign performance and develop data-driven strategies to meet and exceed client goals
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the paid marketing landscape to help clients grow and scale their revenues
Requirements
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and trends, with a focus on D2C eCommerce and paid marketing.
• Prior experience in managing D2C Facebook and Google Ads campaigns is mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager
• Exceptional creative content writing skills for ad copy and campaign messaging
• Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking abilities to optimize campaign performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client management
