Job Description
The role has a key focus on Supplier Management and Governance, in particular providing commercial and risk management support to PSU by partnering with the Business, Procurement, Risk and Finance.
In any given week, your responsibilities may include to:
·Assist in the implementation & maintenance of an effective Supplier Lifecycle Management in PSU (End to End Process)
·Support Project Leads/Managers in executing large, complex contracts
·Provide commercial, value-added and insightful advice to PSU to optimise contractual agreements
·Support the Supplier On-boarding Process in line with the minimum ongoing Supplier Obligations
·Support the Annual Supplier Contract Renewal process by providing data analytics
·Undertake any other tasks assigned by your Manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Bank policies and external regulatory requirements.
·Practise prudent risk management by identifying and responding to Business Risk.
·Continuous improvement and simplification of business processes, including identification of opportunities for streamlining and productivity
