Supply Operation Coordinator
Location: Pune

Reports to: Operations Manager

The Hook
Supply-side execution is critical to ensuring seamless order fulfilment at scale.
As a Supply Operation Coordinator, you will own end-to-end coordination on the supply side—ensuring accurate address management, smooth logistics execution, and timely issue resolution. Your mission is to eliminate operational gaps and ensure efficient and reliable order fulfilment.
Your Three Main Objectives
Supply Coordination: Ensure smooth execution of supply-side operations for all orders.
Operational Control: Manage dependencies like loading, payments, and logistics timelines.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues in coordination with stakeholders.

Order Fulfilment Execution
Manage end-to-end supply-side coordination, including address updates and ensuring readiness for dispatch.
Operations Control
Logistics & Payment Management
Ensure vehicle loading as per timelines and control supplier payments in case of supply issues.
Issue Resolution
Stakeholder Coordination
Raise, track, and close operational issues by coordinating with logistics, suppliers, and internal teams.

Basic understanding of logistics or transportation industry (preferred).
Willingness to work in a six-day working environment.
