We are a leading logistics, storage and installation of high-end designer furniture, renowned for exceptional attention to detail, timely delivery, and a seamless customer experience. As our operations continue to grow nationally, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to oversee and optimise our warehouse and logistics operations.
Role :
The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and day-to-day management of the supply, inventory, and distribution functions across our logistics network. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively, while upholding the standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute inventory and delivery strategies to align with business goals and service levels.
Develop systems and processes to maintain optimal stock levels while controlling holding costs.
Monitor and refine inventory control systems to ensure real-time accuracy of stock records.
Oversee warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Collaborate with business development, delivery teams, and customer service responsibles to align distribution capabilities with demand forecasts and client needs.
Implement and supervise the use of tracking and reporting tools for all inbound and outbound logistics movements.
Lead and mentor warehouse and logistics personnel, including setting performance standards and monitoring outcomes.
Ensure compliance with safety, transport, and warehouse management regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
