Assistant Manager - Digital Manufacturing Analytics
Location: Mumbai, India
Shift Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM IST
Compensation: 25-30 Lakhs Fixed
Reports To: Manager - SC Advanced Analytics
Work Mode: Hybrid
Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager - Digital Manufacturing Analytics will be responsible for leading the advanced predictive analytics strategy for the manufacturing workstream, developing innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing performance, and managing a team of analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead the advanced predictive analytics strategy for the manufacturing workstream, ensuring effective project delivery.
- Innovation & Problem Solving: Develop robust tools to reduce losses in the manufacturing supply chain and collaborate with key partners to identify and leverage advanced analytical capabilities.
- Team Management: Mentor and coach the analytics team, overseeing hiring, performance management, and career development.
Must-Have Skills:
- Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain
Minimum Qualifications:
- Full-time graduation from an accredited university.
- 4 years of related experience in manufacturing, engineering, and operations analytics.
- Experience with R/Python and intermediate SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Professional certifications like APICS, CSCMP, or Scrum Master.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
