Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Finance Analyst to support our global supply chain team. The role involves evaluating business cases submitted by the supply chain function, ensuring financial feasibility, and providing actionable recommendations. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs for senior leadership presentations.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Case Analysis: Review and analyze business cases submitted by the supply chain team, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and organizational goals.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze supply chain financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Predictive Analytics: Utilize historical data and forecasting techniques to anticipate risks and recommend proactive measures.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate financial discrepancies and operational inefficiencies, providing clear insights and corrective actions.
• Strategic Recommendations: Translate complex data into meaningful insights for senior leadership to guide long-term supply chain strategies.
• Financial Feasibility: Assess the financial viability of proposed initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, and risk assessment.
• Recommendations & Corrections: Identify gaps or inconsistencies in business cases and propose necessary corrections or improvements.
• Presentation Support: Prepare and assist in drafting clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations for senior leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global supply chain, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain a high degree of accuracy and compliance in all financial analyses and reports.
Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 4–5 years of combined experience in finance and supply chain roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and cost structures.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
