Position Title Relationship Manager- SCF
Function SME
Reports To Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Head
Job Purpose
To build SCF Business across key anchors in South through our SCF Product Offerings - Integrated
Supplier Finance (ISF), Traditional Supplier Financing (SF) and Distributor Financing (DF)
Key Role & Responsibilities
• Responsible for end-to-end onboarding of spokes under DF/SF
• Plan and build Bank’s South ISF and DF Portfolio and Deal Structuring/ Documentation to Spoke
Utilization and Portfolio Management.
• Acquisition of new vendors/dealers under approved programs
• Ensuring timely conversion of existing cases and improve utilization levels
• Generate new business opportunities with existing customers
• Managing customer relationships; addressing both service sales queries for customers
with an objective to engage and retain customers.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including credit, operations, business etc
