They’re looking to strengthen their operational functions and they are now looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team.
Based in their London office, they are looking for someone who has experience within fashion wholesale who can come in and hit the ground running.
You must be someone who understands the end-to-end logistics process, both inbound and outbound shipments from the suppliers to the wholesale customers.
Working within the team, work through all inbound and outbound shipments from factories through to the wholesale accounts.
An understanding and knowledge of working with 3PL and transport partners, ensuring all correct documentation and packaging details accompany each shipment as required
System Management (Zedonk) – ensuring all details are inputted and any stock reconciliation is made
Dealing with any delivery queries from the wholesale customers
Support the Management team on strategic led projects
Be able to extract data and manipulate the results to make informative decisions and create action plans
Excellent Microsoft skills, including excel – able to use Pivot tables and V-look ups with ease
This is an onsite role for the initial probation period, 1-2 days WFH following this.
