DESCRIPTION

This role will have a unique opportunity to learn the end to end (E2E) Supply Chain processes and positively impact them to serve internal & external customers. If so, the NA Capacity Planning Team is looking for an experienced leader with a strong record of achieving results to support the first leg of the Supply Chain.

Key job responsibilities
Working with Retail, Finance, Operations and supply chain system team partners towards defining FC capacity management processes and tools.
Forming cross-functional project teams, planning, organizing, managing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders
Directing work with our fulfillment center network to ensure the right capacity is reported, managed, and held accountable to
Creating complex models and analyzing trade off decisions to ensure the best outcome for our customers
Writing strategy documents that clearly communicate supply chain vision to senior leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
2+ years of supply chain experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Master's degree

The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market.
