Supply chain Manager|Hospital

We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on SCM ( Supply Chain Manager) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all Procurement tasks, This includes Strategic planning, Vendor management, Supply chain optimisation, Inventory management, Risk management and managing the flow of goods and services, ensuring timely customer delivery, and optimizing the organization's supply chain network. He/she must be familiar with Hospital Pharmaceutical, Surgical or Laboratory equipment Procurement with relevant computer software, including MS Office. Role & responsibilities: • Procure Healthcare related Products and supplies needed for the company • Must be good with Pharmacy purchase • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and delivery schedules • Analyse and resolve procurement issues in a timely manner • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers • Keep track of purchasing records and monitor spending • Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure on-time delivery of Products and supplies • Evaluate and report on KPIs. • To manage relationships with suppliers and ensure they meet the organization's quality, cost, and delivery requirements. It involves negotiating contracts, setting performance standards, and monitoring supplier performance. • To manage inventory levels to ensure the organization has the right amount to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory
