Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for supply chain professionals
- Record video courses on supply chain topics
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps
- Create customized training content to meet client needs
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in supply chain management
- Prior experience in recording video courses
- Proven expertise in supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and distribution
- Excellent training and facilitation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD)
- Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Commitment:
- Available for a minimum of 30 hours of recording for course development
