The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Planning Analyst ITP to join our Planning team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will take ownership of the link between our long-term plans and tactical execution to ensure a seamless and efficient supply chain operation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to forecast short term demand, changes in plant capacity, working to identify milk supply volumes and identify opportunities relating to the potential buying/selling of milk.
The main responsibilities of this role include..
Develop the 0-12 month Supply Plan to support execution of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) 3-year Supply Plan
Liaise with the members of the Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) meeting to ensure Supply Plans are created with the latest information
Maintain close connections with cross functional projects entering the tactical horizon
Provide scenario analysis, presenting findings and recommendations

Skills and Experience
The key to your success will be your prior planning experience as well as your ability to manage competing priorities. You will be able to gather information from multiple sources and use good judgement to determine the best solution for the business.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated commercial acumen, translating operational constraints and opportunities to financial value.
Strong capability in problem solving and decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
A University Bachelor’s degree in either Engineering; Sciences or Commerce is highly regarded in this role as is previous in the dairy industry experience in manufacturing & planning functions experience.
