Job Description:
• Commodities Knowledge Required (Die casting, Sheet metal, Forging, Injection Moulding, Plating).
• Drawing Study
• DCN Control
• MIS Preparation
• Documentation Control
• Team Handling
• Problem Handling
Job Responsibilities:
1) Supplier Handling & Control
• Immediate action on issue reported from customer.
• Conduct process & System audit at vendor end according to plan.
• Preparation of supplier Quality ratings monthly.
• Member must have enough knowledge of all commodities (Die casting, Sheet metal, Forging, Injection Moulding, Plating).
• Responsible for timely inspection of all child parts.
• Flexible with Shifts & team handling.
• Knowledge about IMDS, ELV & ROHS.
• Manage to present data in front of management.
• Periodic data preparation & submission to NK.
• Good hand in SAP.
Experience: 6 years or more ( preferably in automotive industry)
Qualification: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
Skills:
• Auditing skill (System & Process)
• Good Analysis skills & Technical skills and Understanding of Assembly, Machining, and casting process
• Basic quality skills
Personal Attributes:
• Soft behavior or personal skills related to the individual capacity to execute a job task or responsibility.
