£130 - £150 Per day

Job Duties:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons to students across various subjects and age groups.

• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.

• Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments and tests.

• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students regarding academic performance.

• Adhere to school policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Enhanced DBS check.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.

Experience:

Prior experience in teaching or working with children is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of the national curriculum.

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.

• Organisational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).

• Experience in working as a supply teacher.

Working Conditions:

• Working hours may vary depending on school requirements.

• May need to travel to different schools within the area.

• Classroom setting with potential exposure to noise and varying student behaviours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
