Be a key player in enhancing and supporting critical systems
Ongoing, full-time
$96,365 - $104,848 (plus super, RDO)

About the role
You will be tasked with delivering exceptional technical and operational support for our core applications and line of business systems.

This role plays a critical part in maintaining and enhancing these business-essential systems, ensuring their optimal performance and availability. Additionally, you will assist in defining and executing requirements for system enhancements, promote the efficient use of applications and liaise with vendors for Level 3 support when necessary.

About you

You are an experienced Support Analyst with a background in providing Level 2 and 3 support for business-critical applications. You excel in communication, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both business users and technical teams. You are organised and can manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines. Your problem-solving skills are strong, with a proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement innovative solutions. You have experience with technologies such as MS SQL, .NET Framework, and cloud-based platforms like Microsoft 365. Your customer service orientation allows you to build and maintain strong relationships, and you are eager to continuously improve service delivery. With a professional approach, you work well in a team and are committed to upholding Council's values and delivering high-quality support.
