Using our Case Management System , the support associates will assist our UK Conveyancing teams to help with the smooth progression of property transactions. The support associate will perform the tasks as assigned by the UK teams , ensuring clients’ conveyancing matters are progressed in timely and efficient manner.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to various parties in the UK that we deal with, in order to source relevant information for the task being assigned to them. Calling at times can also be inbound depending upon the type of work.

Responsibilities

· Sourcing documents from various websites e.g., land Registry, Law Society UK etc.

· Reviewing file status.

· Dealing with the Post Completion tasks relating to Conveyancing matters.

· Drafting of Documents.

Qualifications
• Any Graduate (Non-Lawyer)
