Job Roles Available:
• Inbound & Outbound Sales
• Chat Support
• Backend Process
Job Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound, outbound, chat, and backend support for customers.
• Providing exceptional customer service and sales support.
• Resolving customer queries through calls, chats, and backend processing.

• Must have good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Flexible to work shifts:
• Males: Rotational shifts (247)
• Females: 7 AM – 7 PM window
• 6 days working – No fixed offs.
• Strong customer service orientation with good listening & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and take on challenges.
