Job description
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through direct communication, email, chat, and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quick resolution to customer issues via direct communication
• Work in a multi-team environment to ensure seamless support
• Monitor and support P2P applications
• Handle and notify application/network issues
• Categorize issues/tickets and escalate to relevant team members
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports highlighting any issues
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1-2 years of application support experience
• Good English and Hindi communication skills
• Articulate and writing skills
• Desirable: MySQL/SQL Database, cloud platform, programming knowledge (e.g., .Net)
Education and Experience: Graduate with B.Tech/B.E. in Comp/IT or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in support/developer roles.
