Support Executive Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties-
Execute the orders on behalf of clients,
Must have solid execution skills and risk management.
Must be a keen learner with strong desire to keep improving.
Willing to work on alternate Shifts and ready to visit client place if required to any place
Convincing capability while in conversation with customer in a positive note.
Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues and provide solutions.
Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets and customer queries, follow ups.
Tech-savviness in order to talk on the phone while using a computer to find information or enter data and must have worked on Computers, Microsoft Office, word, excel, powerpoint etc, support to handle technical issues related to UI and billing related issues.
Good fluency in English, Hindi,Odia
Experienced & Ready for 24*7 Support
Responding to queries from customers and giving timely support when requested.
Coordinating with multiple teams to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
Qualification - Graduate
Salary - 7K to 12K(Negotiable)
