Job Description: Mandatory Skills: Strong functional knowledge of Corporate Payments, including RTGS, NEFT, SWIFT, UPI, and Virtual Accounts. Proven experience in Project Management, Implementation, and Stakeholder Coordination across business and IT teams. Hands-on exposure to Digital Banking Platforms, Payment Hubs, and API Integrations. Familiarity with Regulatory and Compliance frameworks (RBI, SWIFT, ISO 20022). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end implementation of corporate payment solutions and digital banking projects. Act as a bridge between business, IT, operations, and clients for smooth project delivery and onboarding. Drive client engagement, addressing payment requirements, solution design, and post-go-live support. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and Fintech partners for integrations and system enhancements. Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and governance standards. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
