This role is a fixed term opportunity supporting the processing of Collective Agreements into the ES Workplace Repository. As a Support Officer primarily based in our Victoria Street offices you will own the support functions for Employment New Zealand in your region. You will be part of a national Support Team and work collaboratively to ensure efficient processing of new cases as well as contributing to a team responsible for a range of administrative tasks, such as preparation and administration of large documents, assisting with reception cover, contributing to process management, and booking travel.

Skills And Experience Required

Strong administration skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and organise your work
Customer service experience and mindset, including in hospitality, retail, or contact centre
An understanding of Te Ao Māori or a desire to learn in this space
Energy and a can-do, proactive and friendly attitude
Commitment to diversity and inclusion
A New Zealand driver’s license and confidence driving around the CBD is preferred.
