Job Description

The Role Responsibilities
• Monitoring of production applications using ITRS GENEOS and sampler fixing / enhancement wherever required.
• Ensure problems are raised for recurrence incidents and regularly followed up thought out closure.
• Monitor batch processing, enhance batch processing, and ensure batches meet SLA's.
• Ensure timely response and coordination of user queries and incidents.
• Deliver any necessary automations to reduce manual work.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with Unix team on Scheduling regular server reboots, patch upgrades, server decommission and regular maintenance activities.
• BAU Application support project activities, incident and change management using Jira and Service Now.
• Involve in proactive server Infra monitoring (Disk / CPU / Network monitoring via ITRS Geneos tool).
• Ensure problems are raised for recurrence incidents and regularly followed up thought out closure.
• Monitor batch processing, enhance batch processing, and ensure batches meet SLA's.
• Ensure timely response and coordination of user queries and incidents.
• Deliver any necessary automations to reduce manual work.
• Provide 247 Application Support with weekend coverage.

• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
• Ensure compliance with rules outline by the relevant regulators (MAS, PRA, etc).
