About the Role
Top MNC is hiring Senior Process Executives for our Investment Banking domain at the Pune location. This role is open to professionals with 1–2 years of experience in BPO/BPM or MBA (Finance) freshers from the 2026 batch with final mark sheet and degree certificate.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute day-to-day investment banking processes efficiently.
• Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational targets.
• Perform transactions as per defined guidelines and timelines.
• Adhere to governance and compliance mechanisms established with the client.
• Work in client-assigned shifts with flexibility.
Required Qualifications
• 1–2 years of full-time experience in the BPO/BPM industry, preferably in the investment banking domain
• OR
• MBA (Finance) fresher – 2026 pass-out with mark sheet and degree certificate (DC) in hand.
• Strong understanding of investment banking concepts .
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on client timings.
Preferred Skills
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Prior exposure to client-facing or high-volume transaction roles is a plus.
Compensation
• Annual CTC: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA (based on experience and qualifications)

• Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux commands, log analysis, and scripting (Shell/Python preferred).
• Good understanding of monitoring tools, incident tracking systems (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, ServiceNow).
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
