As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
4. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve our products and services.
5. Assist in creating and updating support documentation and training materials.
6. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
7. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while providing support to customers.

Requirements:
1. 4 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role.
2. Energetic and resourceful personality traits.
3. Strong presentation and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
