Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Support Team Member. The responsibilities include providing technical support to users, troubleshooting software issues, and assisting in resolving customer inquiries and concerns.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
