Job Description
We are a startup that sell biometric devices (Digital door locks & access control systems), looking to hire someone as a Technical support technician
The candidate will be responsible to develop and maintain procedures for management of all the service and installation calls for the company and their products. The technician may also have to provide onsite and on call support for any technical difficulties the customers may face for the various products.
The candidate will also be responsible to train and develop network of installation technicians at various locations where product is distributed.
Travel to other cities may be required.
Technical requirement:
Networking, IP Settings, Cable Crimping, other basic engineering capabilities.
Previous experience as a technician working with CCTV, Access control systems or Digital door locks would be required.
If basic carpentry or electrical skills are present then that would be a bonus.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
