Job Description Cerner is elated to hire for Support Technician I. As a Support Technician I, you will provide routine technical support for desktop, laptop, telecom and network systems, including hardware, application software, operating systems and connectivity. You are expected to perform specific hardware and software maintenance, such as upgrades, virus scans, moving systems, and documenting changes in partnership with suppliers, if appropriate, using existing documentation. You should troubleshoot hardware and software issues and document resolution. You are required to repair or replace defective equipment with support as needed. You also need to Install, configure, and update end-user desktop and laptop software. You will prioritize and escalate issues and requests when appropriate and fulfill technical requests from end users or route when appropriate. You should use knowledge transfer forums to identify and resolve problems.
Working Environment Hybrid & Onsite: No Relocation Assistance Offered
This position offers a Hybrid & Onsite working environment. Meaning you will split working time between a Cerner office or client site and remote. If your current geographical location requires relocating, Cerner will not offer relocation assistance to the specified location. #LI-Hybrid
