Job Title : Support Technician Location: Mumbai Education Qualification: Degree in computer science or information technology Experience: 4-5 years of experience in relevant field. • Experience with Proxmox Virtualization, PfSense firewalls, Yeaster IPBX systems. Roles & Responsibilites • Windows 10/11 Administration: Proficiently managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems. Ensuring uniform Windows administration practices across all offices. • User Management: Creating, maintaining, and deactivating user accounts for all locations. Managing user permissions and access control consistently. • Remote System Management: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on systems across all offices. Providing technical support via remote tools and ensuring timely issue resolution. • Proactive System Monitoring: Constantly monitoring IT systems in all offices to identify and address potential issues before they impact users and operations. Implementing preventive measures to ensure system health and minimize disruptions globally. • Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service to users in all offices. Ensuring a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction
