About the Role:
Facilitate activities for people living with dementia, promoting skills maintenance and personal choice.
Develop individual support plans, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of clients' wellbeing needs.
Document client activity and other relevant information in line with professional and legal standards.

Requirements:
Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in a similar role within a community or respite service.
Experience planning and facilitating age-appropriate activities based on participants' interests.
Demonstrated understanding of dementia impacts on individuals, carers, and support networks.
Valid full driver's licence required.
