We’re currently recruiting casual Support Workers to join our growing team in the Sutherland Shire. If you’re compassionate, reliable, and want to make a real impact in your local community, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role
As a BeKin Support Worker, you’ll assist clients to maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing at home and in the community. Typical duties include:
Personal care (e.g., showering, grooming)
Transport to appointments or social activities
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Shopping and running errands
Companionship and social support
Respite care for family carers
Shifts are available between 7am–6pm Monday to Friday, with some weekend opportunities available as well.
What You’ll Need
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent
Current Australian driver’s licence and insured vehicle
Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
National Police Check
NSW Working With Children Check
A warm, respectful and proactive approach to care
Availability to work across the Sutherland Shire and nearby suburbs
