Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and self-confidence

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and comprehensive support

Foster open communication with families and service users to address their needs and concerns

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualities

Passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds and abilities

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with service users and their families

Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing circumstances

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Valid full New Zealand driver's license and clearance to work with vulnerable populations
