Job Description
Seeking to hire a casual female support worker, with knowledge and experience working with people with autism (ASD2). Someone who is compassionate and accepting of the LGBTQ+ community. This role suits someone looking to add extra hours to their week.
We are looking for support for an individual with Autism (ASD2) with the following:
Household tasks and prompting
Mealtime support and hydration (water drinking reminders)
Transport to medical appointments
Community access (shops, walks)
Support with financial management
Requirements:
Knowledge and experience working with people with Autism (ASD2)
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Police Check
Reliable transport and valid driver’s license
Hours: Starts with 3-hour shift, once a week, with the opportunity to grow into more hours
Pay: $41.75 – $41.76 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 3.0 per week
Work Location: In person
