We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Surveillance & MIS Executive. The role involves real-time monitoring of security camera footage, maintaining and analyzing data in Microsoft Excel, and utilizing the Salesforce platform to support sales and operational functions.
Precise Information:
• Title: Surveillance & MIS Executive (Ireland Process)
• No. of Vacancies: 1
• Location: Ahmedabad
• Salary & Compensation: Competitive and best in the industry
• Shift: UK | Monday to Friday | (12:30 PM to +:30 PM)
• Working days: 5
• Desired Experience Range: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Surveillance & Monitoring:
• Monitor CCTV camera feeds to detect any suspicious or unusual activities.
• Maintain accurate logs and report incidents to relevant stakeholders.
2. Data Management (Excel):
• Maintain daily operational records and logs in Excel.
• Create and manage spreadsheets with large amounts of data.
• Use formulas, pivot tables, and charts for data analysis and reporting.
3. Salesforce Operations:
• Update and maintain customer and sales data in Salesforce CRM.
• Generate reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Support the sales and customer service team with accurate data and workflow tracking.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in surveillance operations, data entry, or a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
• Good observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information responsibly.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
