Key Responsibilities
Monitor surveillance systems and activity in real time
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
Accurately document observations and incidents
Maintain focus and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Multitask while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to type 50–60 words per minute
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is a plus (not required)
Past experience with IMMEX CENTERAL STATION is a plus (not required)
Work Location
In-office position only (remote work not available)
