Survey Programmer| Qualtrics

POSITION OBJECTIVE -

The role of survey programmer is to execute and deliver online surveys using platform - (Qualtrics).This position requires direct communication with clients, independent programming as well as a team-based approaches.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Programming complex online questionnaires based on material provided by clients (this includes survey scripting, managing languages and reporting);

• Working collaboratively with Project Managers to deliver projects that meet clients’ needs within prescribed timeframes;

• Always striving for perfection and best practice;

• Simultaneously managing multiple projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality controls are upheld;

• Working independently on projects when required and collaborating as a strong team member;

In addition to these qualities, our ideal Survey Programmer will have:

• 2-6 years of strong experience in Survey Programming using Qualtrics as a programming tool

• Should have good experience in Qualtrics survey management/ creation, distribution & Data analysis.

• Knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS;

• Strong analytical skills and problem solving and decision-making abilities; including the ability to identify trends and problems

• Good English language communication skills - both verbal and written;

• Highly motivated, high level of initiative, team player, customer service focused attitude, and the ability to lead and motivate others

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with people at different levels in various locations globally (clients and colleagues, junior and senior, technical and non-technical;

• Ability to adapt and remain focused in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing business;

• Exceptional attention to detail with an analytical problem-solving mindset;

• Education to Degree level in Computer Science or a related field.

SKILLSETS -

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Web development (HTML, CSS, jQuery)

• Experience using online survey platform- Qualtrics

• Experience in the area of programming languages

• Must be detail oriented & attentive.

• Must be able to prioritize projects effectively, work independently,

• Must strictly adhere to the deadlines

• Capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and constant performer.
