Terms & Conditions of Appointment
1. Remuneration

• The total remuneration payable in this appointment is subject to income tax or any other tax and you shall be liable for the same.
3. Hours of Operation
• Working Days: - 6 days/week
• Working Hours: - 10 hours/day
4. Overtime:
• The company thrives to take all necessary steps to ensure that the team members enjoy their work in a healthy & comfortable environment. However certain assignments or projects might demand extra hours and the company expects all team members to fulfill these hours. The company does not have an overtime policy and would not be compensating for the extra hours put it.
• However, necessary comp offs will be provided when working on Company declared holidays and weekly offs. Please note that the comp offs are provided at the discretion of the management.
5. Probation:
• All Team members will undergo a probation period for three months to six months. In exceptional circumstances, the probation period may be shortened or extended at the discretion of the Management.
• The purpose of this probation period is to assess the suitability of the Team member for the position he/she is appointed for.
• At the expiry of the initial probation period, the Team member will either be confirmed to his/her position, or the probation period be extended or his/her service be terminated.
• Upon successful completion of the initial probation period, and/or its extension, the Team member will be notified of it in writing by the Management. At the end of the extension of the probation period, should the Team member be unsuccessful, he/she will be notified in writing of the termination of his/her service.
6. Confidentiality
• All team members are expected to maintain strict confidentiality with the proprietary and confidential information they come across while working with the company.
• Failure to do so will be considered as a breach of trust and necessary steps will be taken by the Management to protect the company’s interest.

7. Leave:
After the completion of probation period you will be entitled to receive the following benefits:
(i) Leave: 12 days per year (On Pro rata Basis)
(ii) Paternity Leave: 1month.
8. Notice of Termination:
• Team members who wish to voluntarily resign from the Company need to provide at least two months advance notice of their resignation. This notice should be in writing and should state the reason for leaving and the anticipated last day of work.
• The company also has the right to terminate a team member by providing a one month advance notice to the team member, in writing.
• However, the company reserves the right to terminate a team member immediately at any time if:
o The Team member breaches the code of conduct of the Company.
o The Team member is rendering services to any other entity which is into a similar business as our company.
o The Team member acts against the principals, philosophies, or values of the company.
