Chef Wanted – Join Our Tokyo-Inspired Bar
Location: Waterloo, London
Position: Full-Time Available
Tokyo Bagel Bar is expanding our Japanese-inspired concept to include a vibrant evening sushi and sake bar. We’re now looking for a skilled Sushi Chef to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare fresh Japanese food, sashimi, and rice bowl
Confidently handle and slice raw fish, especially salmon
Cook and manage rice using electric rice cookers to perfection
Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
Assist with inventory and kitchen prep
Who You Are:
Experienced in Japanese cuisine or sushi preparation
Skilled with kitchen knives and fish filleting
Comfortable using commercial rice cookers
Punctual, clean, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently or with a small team
A passion for Japanese flavours and modern bar concepts
