Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and skilled Sushi Cook/Sushi Roll Maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and experience in the restaurant or food industry. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and enjoy creating delicious dishes, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Adapt recipes as needed to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences.
Requirements

Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen.
