Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and skilled Sushi Cook/Sushi Roll Maker to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.

Adapt recipes as needed to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen.
