Job Description
Deep expertise in direct-response and performance marketing, as well as strong paid media, and martech/adtech foundations will be critical to the success of this role.
Responsibilities:
• Drive digital sales for all consumer banking products including Cards, Retail banking accounts, wealth accounts, investments and mortgage.
• Drive new business volumes across all consumer product lines through Digital Media planning, Third party partners, SEO implementations.
• Lead and execute the test and learn agenda across product, creative, media and digital customer experience for all screen s
• Establish a framework for measurement for digital channel performance, including KPIs, benchmarks, and acceptable ROI
• Identify and lead integration of new capabilities and technologies to improve digital targeting (DMP, DSP) and funnel performance (analytics)
• Deliver key insights to business partners to continue to grow current and new portfolios
• Lead a mobile-first approach, and design customer-centric digital sales experiences
• Partner with the marketing and product teams to engineer a communication framework relevant and impactful to the customer
• Create and deliver remarkable experience for affluent clients and support acquisition initiatives via referrals Responsible to drive engagement and create brand preference by leveraging digital tools and social media.
• Own budgets and Cost of Acquisition (CoA) across all digital initiatives.
• Align with global and regional stakeholders to share best practices and leverage ideas and initiatives for acquisitions in India
• Senior leadership stakeholder and relationship management - Internal & External.
• Mentor and drive the team members to deliver continuous performance
• Work closely with the senior leaders and team members across all stakeholders - Sales, Decision Management , Product, Risk and Marketing teams
Qualifications:
• 12+ years of work experience - preferably in Digital Sales / Marketing / Digital Marketing / Product in financial services
• Broad knowledge of analytics
