Job Description
We are hiring for Senior Vice President position with one of the Indian private banking client for the location of Mumbai with Sound understanding of Compliance risk, Compliance Functions, regulatory framework.
Jo Purpose for the role:
• Manage and conduct monitoring and testing across compliance risks.
• Understand and educate business partners on the fundamentals of risk and control and partner with Compliance advisory.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory guidelines and the risk emanating out of it.
• Have the ability to apply different review techniques to maximize assurance
• Identify control deficiencies/ validate control weakness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate good risk awareness across different business and complete complex design testing of regulatory controls.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments or other matters affecting the business activities, systems and controls and factor them during testing.
• Identifying the effectiveness of the design of the control based on testing.
• Proactive engagement with business teams to understand the control in place and discussing design deficiencies, if any
