Why do we need this role?
NAB Group Property manage and protect the Bank's investment in over 400 retail branches, 30 business banking centres and 11 commercial buildings.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer this role is responsible for NAB's facilities and workplace management and operational delivery across its India property portfolio.
The purpose of role is to
Strive effective and efficient running of day-to-day property operations (workplace and facilities management services) for NAB India, including designing and executing property and infrastructure strategy for NAB India
Strategic delivery of operational requirements with a thorough understanding of colleague needs and expectations.
A key aspect of this role is to ensure strong relationships are built and sustained with senior stakeholders across the organisation
Ensure the end-to-end delivery of Workplace support services across all NAB India sites resulting in an exceptional workplace experience for all colleagues.
Define the service management strategy and operational requirements to be delivered by a collection of 3rd Party Providers, including Corporate Real Estate specialists, specialist Facilities Management firms and a team of geographically dispersed maintenance contractors.
Drive the service delivery via an integrated facilities Management provider
What and how is it expected to contribute to results?
Design and implement infrastructure strategy for NAB India covering – property, vendor, transport, office management
Lead NAB India property services team, including outsourced team
Accountable for Operational and capital expenditure with regards to NAB India property portfolio
Set the strategy and service management framework for services to find and maintain the right balance between service quality and cost.
Operational performance management of outsourced services.
Maintain strong relationships with colleagues, landlords, external suppliers
Lead, coach and develop the onsite Workplace Leads or Consultants (as well as Team Leaders and Guest Services Associates) in delivering excellent customer and colleague experience through activities that influence the Workplace.
This will occur through supporting and mentoring these direct reports with any requests and escalations from the internal NAB India businesses.
Ensure that site-based Workplace Leads, Consultants, Team Leaders and Guest Services Associates are delivering all services and activities with the highest level of detail and to the highest standards.
Deliver an experience which inspires collaboration, productivity, wellbeing, improves business agility and supports a great customer and staff experience
Understand future workplace requirements as a key driver of workplace transformation.
Manage portfolio occupancy team that oversee and provide tactical and strategic space & occupancy planning expertise to manage the supply, capacity and demand of property portfolio (including move/relocation activity etc)
Manage systems and or services related to workplace amenities and activations.
Improve current systems and processes with the view to enrich and automate data and insights and ultimately enhance teams/colleagues workplace experience
Essential capabilities
Very good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Establishes relationships with cross functional teams.
Teamwork, Collaboration & Communication.
Proficient in English Language (Spoken and written)
Strong strategy design, implementation and project management skills
Strong client focus and customer experience mindset essential

20+ years of proven experience in managing property portfolio, , vendor relationships, corporate services, facility, workplace & logistics management,
Strong organizational and administrative environment understanding
Strategy & project management
Ccoaching small to medium size teams
Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
Exposure to workplace and facilities Management services
Qualification Requirements
