SVP, Team Head Cross Industry, IBG-(WD4+348)
Job Purpose:-
This role will manage and provide oversight on overall activities carried out of proposed business Unit (IBU)
Job Duties & responsibilities
Devise and implement a strategy to grow the proposed business unit.
• Assist in developing the Proposed business unit profile.
• Managing & providing oversight on overall activities carried out of the proposed business unit (IBU)
• Ensure adherence of all IBU activities as per the defined SOPs/Framework/Plans
• Ensure the IBU is adequately staffed at all times to function adequately and suitably
• Ensure compliance with IFSCA Rules & Regulations and act as liaison between the Bank and IFSCA
• Identify opportunities in line with the Proposed business unit strategy
• Work closely with product teams to ensure delivery of group products
• Maintain oversight on controls instituted by Credit Administration
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain quality of the portfolio
As a member of the Leadership Team the job holder is expected to interact with the following:
• Internally with the other service providers to ensure seamless service delivery and also the development of new products to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Externally with customers to ensure that there is regular interaction or market developments and changing customer needs. This dialogue will also ensure that there is regular feedback on our product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Externally with market influencers and potential sources for referrals such as lawyers, accountants and merchant bankers
Required Experience
• Overall 15 years+ of banking experience
• Proven experience in Institutional banking business across customer segment and roles (especially Relationship Management experience)
Education / Preferred Qualifications - CA / MBA required

• Strong formal presentation skills to gain acceptance to solutions, both internally and externally

• Proven leadership experience in leading & managing sales.
• Ability to think creatively and identify innovative solutions
• Ability to manage exponential growth in business while maintaining quality of Portfolio, Customers, Employees and Profit Margins
• Knowledge of banking products / Exchange control and a strong awareness of the legal system
