Role Purpose
• Assist the INM MSF Sales Head in building a robust and unified sales organization by bringing together a set of separate and mono line product centric sales teams that were under diverse management structures in the region.
• Drive the MSF area channel to achieve on stretch targets.
• Lead the team on acquiring mandates recommended from CMB & GB teams.
• To work closely with GB & CMB teams to drive more business referrals.
• Develop synergies across roles to maximize sales at each customer touch-point by generating a robust cross referral framework
• Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
• Assist the Sales Head in managing and delivering growth and sales productivity for the Region
• Drive the R & R for the region

Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision making areas
• Drive Corporate mandates targets
• Cross refer opportunities for Broking, Loan against Shares and Loan against Mutual Funds opportunity to HIDL from Key Accounts.
• Drive & contribute to the enhancement of the Corporate Employee Program and leverage it to maximize relationships from existing GB clients and NTB corporate
• Assist the RH in setting up and to achieve challenging and stretch goals for revenue/FTE
• Leverage market opportunities with key Accounts in these geographies to maximize referrals in the specific products
• Drive R&R through the region

Leadership & Teamwork
• Contribute to subordinate development and team morale
• Develop individual and team competence via Sales Coaching
• Assist the RH to Integrate stand-alone product centric sales team presently under diverse management supervision into a unified sales organization and consistent sales management practices
• Drive high levels of staff engagement through communication, coaching and developmental interventions across all levels of the sales organization.
• Provide a robust second line of management to support region’s BAU in absence of RH
• Work effectively with key stakeholders in GB and CMB to grow business through CEP.

Requirements
• Total Work experience of min 7-8 years with 2-3 years in team management would be preferred
• Prior experience of Mortgages will be given preference
• Min qualification will be a graduate

The GCB 4 or GCB 5 will be offered depending on the selected candidate's skill and relevant experience
