Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Perform general maintenance tasks around the facility, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.
Support other team members as needed to ensure project completion.
Experience
Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
A willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
