Responsibilities
• Answer customer calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Provide feedback to the Customer Support team on customer trends and feedback
• Work with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Stay up-to-date on Swiggy products and services
