About Champions:
Champions is an upcoming premium kids club facility that offers a wide range of activities including soccer, swimming, dance, music, art and much more. With a focus on holistic development, we provide a safe and nurturing environment for children from the age of 3-15 years to explore and grow.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Swimming Coach to join our team at Champions. As a Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for teaching children of different ages and abilities how to swim. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, assessing individual progress, and creating a fun and safe environment for learning.
Responsibilities:
Teach swimming lessons to children of different ages and abilities.
Develop and implement lesson plans based on each child's needs.
Assess individual progress and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure a fun and safe environment for learning.
Manage and maintain swimming equipment and facilities.
Collaborate with other instructors and management to ensure a cohesive approach to training and care.
Requirements:
Graduate with 2+ years of prior experience teaching swimming to children of different ages and abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans.
Ability to assess individual progress and provide constructive feedback.
Ability to maintain a safe, hygienic and fun environment for learning.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Swimming coaching certification from a recognized institution.
CPR and certified lifeguard training are a plus.
