We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Swim Instructor/Aquatics Manager to lead our aquatics programs. This hybrid role involves hands-on instruction as well as the oversight and management of daily pool operations, swim lesson programming, and lifeguard staff. The ideal candidate will be passionate about water safety, team leadership, and delivering excellent customer service.
Instructional Duties:
Teach swim lessons to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels.
Provide water safety education in line with recognized programs .
Evaluate swimmer progress and adapt lesson plans accordingly.
Managerial Duties:
Oversee daily operations of aquatics programs and staff.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage pool maintenance in coordination with facilities team.
Communication with participants, and customer feedback.
Position Requirements:
-Instructor Certification (Red Cross or Life Saving)
-First Aid
-Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience. (REQUIRED)
- Experience in staff supervision or aquatics management preferred.
-Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Part Time, Full Time
